Kilometers of mountains are within this ski area that allows you to move from Orelle (near the Fréjus Tunnel) to Courchevel. Just “crossing” the ski resort takes a full day of skiing. Given the easy access from the Orelle valley, we suggest starting with skis on and backpack (minimal/essential change of clothes for 3 nights in a hotel) heading toward Val Thorens where the “load” is dropped off at the hotel. From here the adventure begins… Beautiful descents? Difficult? They will above all be unforgettable, lines to discover always in search of the best snow, soft and untouched. Among the wide choice of lines to ski, we won’t miss some descents from Mont du Vallon to Méribel, from Pointe de la Masse and from Cime de Caron to Val Thorens. Given the size of the ski area, we suggest freeride sessions of at least 3/4 days. Using climbing skins, you can also ascend to Col de Gébroulaz 3,434 m and Aiguille de Peclet 3,561 meters for dream descents.

Program

Departure from Cuneo at 5:30 AM (or meeting on the Val di Susa highway), reaching Orelle in about 3 hours. Based on the technical level of participants and current snow conditions, routes to link during the days are chosen. The experience of Global Mountain Alpine Guides combined with the vastness of the ski area offered by the Trois Vallées allows for unique descents…fun guaranteed. Given the number of routes, the location is perfect for multi-day freeride sessions. Contact us to create a custom-tailored program.
