Have you never climbed and would you like to try? Have you already climbed on artificial structures but want to try scaling on rock? Do you want to improve and correct any technical mistakes you make? The day at the crag is aimed at everyone, regardless of level. The goal is: first learn the basic techniques in complete safety and then discover crags you don’t know and movement techniques that will help you progress in this magical world.

Program

Based on the season and type of request (first climbing day, skill improvement, self-rescue maneuvers), the most suitable crag will be chosen with the Global Mountain Alpine Guide. Morning departure from Cuneo at our headquarters toward the chosen crag; approach and climbing day. Return expected in the late afternoon.

Necessary materials

Climbing equipment: Harness, helmet, climbing shoes, chalk, trekking shoe/boot, 20/30 liter backpack, sunglasses, sunscreen, Gore-Tex shell and mountain clothing. Possibly rope min 70m and quickdraws.
